In the pre-meeting form, there are some questions that will help me better understand your business and the one most pressing challenge in advance of our call. On our call, I will ask additional questions and we will have a mutual dialogue about some steps to take (could be small or significant) for navigating the challenge or problem. I aim to be thoughtful, yet efficient, to maximize our time together. My goal is always to help you achieve yours.

All information shared between the Client and Tonia Farman Consulting during the course of the consulting relationship shall remain strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, trade secrets, and proprietary strategies. This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after the consulting relationship ends.

Terms & Conditions for Consulting Services
By engaging in consulting services provided by Farman Creative, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Confidentiality
All information shared between the Client and Farman Creative during the course of the consulting relationship shall remain strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, trade secrets, and proprietary strategies. This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after the consulting relationship ends.
2. No Refunds
All fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the services or any changes in the Client’s business situation. Payments must be made in full as agreed upon prior to the start of services.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Farman Creative is not responsible or liable for any business decisions made by the Client or for the success, performance, or outcomes of the Client’s business. The services provided are advisory in nature, and all decisions and actions taken by the Client are the sole responsibility of the Client.
4. No Guarantees
While Farman Creative aims to provide high-quality, thoughtful, and strategic consulting services, no guarantees are made regarding specific results or business performance outcomes.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
